The plancha of the BonFeu products slope slightly downward toward the center. With the high temperatures released, the plate will form even more inward. This will cause round foods such as tomatoes to fall into the fire.
To avoid this, the BonFeu Foodbumper was developed. The raised steel ring keeps the food from moving but still allows you to scrape the plate clean with the spatula and push the scrapings under the ring into the fire. The BonFeu Food Bumper can be used on all BonFeu BonBiza models and on the BonFeu BonBowls with a plancha Ø80 cm.
