Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under Swedish and EU distance-selling law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. This applies to every product we sell - we make no exceptions.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Contact us at info@designandoutdoor.com or 0046 766 31 25 75 within 14 days of receiving the item and let us know you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You then have 14 days from notifying us to send the item back.

Condition of the Item

The item should be returned in essentially unchanged condition, in its original packaging where possible. You may inspect the item to establish its nature and function, but if it has been used beyond what is necessary for that, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value from your refund.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and safe packaging of return shipping - this applies in particular to bulky furniture originally delivered by pallet freight. We recommend keeping your return shipping receipt until the refund has been processed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the amount you paid for it, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days. Please note that the cost of return shipping (see above) is not refunded. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Complaints (Faulty or Damaged Items)

If an item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint under Swedish consumer law, normally within three years of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible after noticing the fault, and we will help with repair, replacement, or a refund, whichever is most appropriate.
