Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Payment is made in advance by card (Visa/Mastercard), Swish, or invoice (14-day payment terms), depending on which payment methods are offered at checkout.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days via PostNord to the address provided at checkout. Bulky or heavy items, such as furniture shipped by pallet freight, may take longer to deliver. Shipping costs are added and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If delivery is delayed, we will contact you by email with a new estimated delivery time.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Full details on how to do this, who pays for return shipping, and how refunds are handled are in our Returns & Right of Withdrawal policy.

Complaints and Warranty

If an item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint under Swedish consumer law, normally within three years of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible after noticing the fault at info@designandoutdoor.com or 0046 766 31 25 75, and we will help with repair, replacement, or a refund, whichever is most appropriate.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You may also use the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to change these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
